We’ve been in the creative industries since we were young - it all started as a club-night during university. We’ve seen it from all angles and are as passionate about creativity as we always have been. But we’ve become disillusioned with an industry that is one sided and all too often setup purely for financial gain.

Having spent the last twelve years as the home for the most unique, ambitious and creative talent on earth, we’ve come to believe deeply that we need to improve how the world enables and rewards what they do.

That’s why our team brings together experience from every corner of the creative industries for a dynamic, artist-driven approach to our work. We book tours, launch businesses, create content, release records and build tools that empower artists and creators as entrepreneurs. Then we connect them with brands for authentic campaigns and content.
