| Pho
Pho is Vietnamese Beef Noodle
Soup, of course. It's apparently pronounced "FA." I
started eating it when I lived in Washington, D.C., at a place
called Pho 75 in Rosslyn. When John Parres and I found a Pho
kitchen in Los Angeles, we agreed to eat there every Sunday.
Our small Sunday brunches grew as we found many who share our
interest in the future of delivering art, and now similar Pho
brunches occur weekly in cities around the world. There is
also an e-mail listserv devoted to the Pho group's discussion
of issues related to the digital delivery or art, especially
music, movies and books.
If you want to join the Pho
mailing list, write me at griffin at onehouse dot com
and explain who you are and why you want to join.
